The Games will unite 8,500 active, volunteer and retired law enforcement and emergency services personnel across ten days of competition and more than sixty sports. Most arrive without a team bus or a club room - they land in Perth as individuals and small crews from agencies all over the world, and the event has to turn them into one community before the first whistle.
That's the job the official app is built for. SixSides gives every athlete, supporter and volunteer a branded home where they can introduce themselves, find the people in their sport, and follow the conversation - while the Organising Committee publishes to an official layer that's badged, filterable and shown first, so schedules, transport and venue updates never get buried under the chatter.
